From our beginnings in 2013 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, we started as K Sheetal – a spice exporter from India specializing in premium dehydrated onion and garlic. We quickly invested in our own processing facilities: first a dehydration plant in Mahuva, then a second factory in Ahmedabad for whole and ground spices. By 2017 we expanded our portfolio to include a wide range of spice powders and custom seasoning blends. In 2023 we launched the Zest n Zing brand for retail packaging, and today we offer over 100 products in various sizes for both international and domestic markets. Driven by founder Akash Kapadiya’s vision, our Ahmedabad-based spice company in Gujarat has grown from just 3 people to 16 dedicated professionals. We now proudly serve customers across Asia, Africa, the Gulf, and the Middle East. As India remains the world’s leading spice supplier​, Zest n Zing continues to uphold the rich heritage of Indian flavors and expand our global footprint.
